Anne Rodrigue

Managing Law Clerk

Anne has been working as a law clerk for over twenty years and is the Managing Law Clerk of Griener Lambert Professional Corporation. Anne has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchases, tax related corporate reorganizations, incorporations, amalgamations, commercial real estate, financings and developments. She is extremely well versed in matters relating to corporate articles, maintenance of corporate records, corporate filings and registrations.

Anne has obtained her Law Clerk designation through the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario, with whom she is currently an Associate Member. She also attends various webinars relating to corporate law provided through the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. Anne is fluently bilingual in French and English.
